The Great Northwest

 

EPIC ROAD TRIP--we blasted our way up to Coeur d'Alene. I got a small sample of "The Lil North Fork of The Coeur d'Alene. But even better, I got to put my eye on countless other rivers on the way. Its fair for me to say that I was not disappointed, and I shall return another day to fish.

 

We drove through Spokane, which was also a first for me, and followed the Columbia in to Portland to visit my brother Pete. He has a beautiful house on the Willamette River.

 

Thanks Pete & Scott we had a great time!!!

 

Drove through Bend then on to Boise on our way home. I did not get a chance to fish the Deschuttes, but that same eye of mine fell upon so many outstanding rivers. I am counting the days until I return.
